This policy covers the website arcticharestudio.com, operated by Arctic Hare LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Arctic Hare Studio is a trade name of Arctic Hare LLC.

Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser characteristics. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger and served through its content delivery network. Like virtually all web servers, they may log technical data about each request — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and operations. Fonts
The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches a font file from Google's servers, that request includes your IP address, as any web request does. The Fonts service sets no cookies; see developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

If you write to us at info@arcticharestudio.com, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.
What we do not do
The website has no user accounts and collects no passwords. We do not sell personal information, we do not show ads on this site, and we do not use your data for cross-site advertising or tracking.
Retention
Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted or aggregated by Google. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for its own operational periods. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
